  We were on our way to a camping trip in Waterton Park from Calgary. One of our kids who is about 8 years old had a problem with her headphones. We decided we would swing in and get some headphones but quickly realize that we could shop for much more.

  I went back out to pick up a cart even though I walked through the exit door and was almost run over by a very nice old lady who told me to piss off. I accepted the responsibility for that maneuver, after all, nobody likes people driving down the wrong lane.

  So we proceeded down the aisle and moved into the next aisle which connected back to the refrigeration section. An old lady who should not have been out on her own, started scowling at us and saying things that weren't particularly nice. I didn't know what to do because my kids started freaking out and pulling my pant legs saying 'can we go?' The old lady was harmless at least to my appearance. But who can argue with kids? We turn the cart around and we went back over to the audio section where we were originally supposed to go to buy headphones for my oldest. They had a great selection. We picked out a set that my oldest wanted and made it to the checkout.

  In my opinion it was a great adventure. They had everything we needed and then more. I did have some upset tummy issues from this sausage deli meat that I ate but it was delicious while I consumed it. The part that Disturbed me most was when we went through the checkout and paid and left my kids persistently kept on me to get to the truck and get going. This has never happened, at least rarely. When we got into the vehicle they started talking about Hansel and Gretel and the bakery stuff. I assumed that was all tied back into the adventure in the store. However, without seeing the two children ever talk to each other, they both proceeded to tell me that the lady we met in the aisle wanted to cook them.

  As we proceeded through the produce section which happened to be next to the deli meat section I recognize some packets of meat which I had previously purchased at a different Walmart location that upset my tummy something terrible. I looked as hard as I could for some other brands, knowing that they possibly would save my intestines from turmoil, but I could find none. I chalked it up to the fact that Walmart purchases the best bang for the buck when it comes to deli meats so, going against my intuition, picked up some German salami.

  Many were super friendly and you could tell that they just were happy to help you out. Not that we needed helping particularly. And some of them were completely evasive when it came to walking down the aisles. We started down one aisle looking for some treats for the camping trip and we came across what I would describe as a very large man who was on a mission. He saw us he grunted he barely moved his cart around and went the other way. I chalked that part up to the fact that I have two young children who are annoying as f***.

  I give a 5-star rating for the Walmart business. I hope I never see that old lady again.

  As we started walking through the store my wife looked at me and said "you should get a cart". Well, I knew what that meant. It meant that we were going on a shopping Adventure because there's no chance in hell that any place you stop along the way is going to have what you're looking for. I was disappointed because all's I wanted to buy were headphones yet I knew that we need to resupply from our last location.

  I picked up a cart and brought it inside. The very first feature stand that I looked at was for featured cheeses but it only had a bunch of pepperoni and stuff. The cool thing is that they had a little container of pepperoni which was perfect since my wife has become a vegetarian. I picked it up even though the label said it was super hot. I love pepperoni.
