    When we first walked in We were greeted nicely and helped to navigate through our section of need. The Incredible unprofessionalism began on the next meeting. He did not show up for our first scheduled measurement of our project, and was late for the second. Measuring done, we selected our products and he said he would send us a quote via email in the next few days. Never happened. My husband called twice to ensure they had the right email address. No phone call was returned. We were ignored and left feeling shunned. Unprofessional and selective, and just not nice.
