  Morning staff is AWESOME!!! But afternoon staff not so much...hard to get a good tasting coffee after 3pm.

  Best chili ever. Customers are rude and impatient,but the staff keeps working hard. Joemar, Tess and Ernest should get awards. I am here every day.

  Potato wedges I ordered were awful, chipotle wrap wasn't good either but timmys isn't known for great food. We ordered a few items and the employee tried to fit it all into one bag, had to ask for an extra bag. They also messed up our order, we asked for 2 raisin tea biscuits which we thought would be in the bag, but it wasn't until we got into our car that we realized it wasn't there. We went back and asked them and they confirmed we ordered it but they only had one left. If you don't have something you should tell the customer when they're ordering or at least when the order is given, instead of charging for that item and not putting it in the bag. They ended up giving us the last tea biscuit and one iced cap which is fine, but not what we asked for and they should have told us beforehand.

  I think of these Tim Hortons as Canada's Starbucks. They are but somehow more homey feeling and they serve pastries which is always a good thing. I wish the states had a quick stop like these, Starbucks seems stuffy by comparison.
