  Pincher Farm/Napa, Great People, Very good Knowledge. I would say if you need parts for vehicle or tractor stop by there before going anywhere else. I was an Assistant Manager at one of the parts/automotive/tires shops in town. Napa/Pincher Farm has the best staff. They are willing to help you out.

  Refused to honor battery warranty (with receipt!) Employees could not or would not use a load tester, and after 2 days of charging pronounced a 6 month old battery at 30% GOOD. but he 'wouldnt use it himself.' What?! No refund or exchange, $200 down the drain.

  We have run equipment for 20+ years and have not had this problem with batteries (NAPA brand or otherwise) before. Being told there is 'no more warranty' on a 6 month old battery is nonsense. Why they are trying to find a reason to not honor the warranty is beyond me. Its bad for business and frustrates long time customers. We have no plans to 'properly care for' batteries by pulling them in and out of machines every use as Napa seems to think is reasonable. Our business will go elsewhere.
