    The owner is very friendly and accomodating, the location is very centralised, and the price is fair (it was actually the cheapest rent I was able to find in town!)

    If you stay here chances are you are drunk or desparate. If you are, thank your lucky stars you are because your ability to scrutinize price/quality are also impaired.

    They have 2 brand new coin washing machines and driers and there's a coin wash a couple buildings down in case both are being used.

    Been living on the third floor for 4 months now and so far I haven't had any major issues with noise coming from the bar. The only occasional noise is people exiting ghetto bar, which is temporary.
